'Cirkus' first poster out: Ranveer Singh starrer book theaters for Christmas release

Mumbai [India], May 10: Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh on Tuesday unveiled the first poster of his upcoming film Cirkus,' which is set to release this Christmas

The 'Simmba' actor will be seen in a double role, along with Jacqueline Fernandez and Pooja Hegde. Sharing the film's poster, Ranveer Singh wrote, "Let's bring the house down this Christmas!!!!!"

'Cirkus' is Ranveer Singh and Rohit Shetty's third collaboration. The two collaborated for the first time in the 2018 film 'Simmba'. They also worked together on 'Sooryavanshi', in which Ranveer had a prominent role. The movie will be co-produced by Rohit Shetty, Bhushan Kumar, and Reliance Entertainment.

On Saturday, the 'Golmaal' director made an announcement about the same via his social media post. Taking to his Instagram handle, the 49-year-old posted a picture of himself posing with Rakesh Maria for the camera while holding the autobiography of the former cop.

He captioned the post, "From solving the 93 Mumbai blast case, fearlessly facing the Mumbai underworld during the late 90s to interrogating the lone surviving terrorist, Ajmal Kasab and standing strong for his city during the 26/11 attacks...

Rakesh Maria has been a name synonymous with courage and valour!
