After a successful season one, the creators of 'Taj - Reign of Revenge' have chosen to add a second season. The second season will begin on May 12, 2023, with new episodes released every Friday.

The eight-part succession series will continue to star Naseeruddin Shah as King Akbar, Dharmendra as Shaikh Salim Chisti, Aashim Gulati as Prince Salim, Shubham Kumar Mehra as Prince Daniyal, Sandhya Mridul as Queen Jodha Bai, Zareena Wahab as Queen Salima, Queen Ruqaiya Begum as Padma Damodaran, Rahul Bose as Mirza Hakim, and Pankaj Sauraseni Maitra will join the cast as Meherunnisa [Noor Jahaan], Jiansh Agarwal as Prince Khusrav, and Mitansh Lulla as Prince Khurram, who will go on to become the season's most prominent characters.

The story of Taj season 2 begins 15 years after S1 ended, and charters Salim's journey from being the exiled enemy of the Mughal empire to seeking blood and revenge in an attempt to become the next emperor. Manish Kalra, Chief Business Officer, ZEE5 India said, "The first season of the show received enormous love from the audience, and we look forward to canvassing a fresh chapter of Taj in season 2 with more interesting situations unravelling to keep our viewers hooked. This season captures the new conflicts that arise within the Mughal empire, with each character evolving to showcase a much more exciting plot. 'Taj - Reign of Revenge' reaffirms our commitment of presenting engaging and gripping content on ZEE5 and we are looking forward to another successful season". Excited about the new season, actor Aashim Gulati aka Prince Salim communiqué, "Periodic dramas are something that has always caught my eye and now being in one has been an exhilarating journey. I am glad that the audiences have loved season one of the series and all I can say is that Salim's character arc in S2 is something to look out for. S2 is grittier, darker, bolder and personally for me, my best yet."




The creators of "Adipurush" unveiled a new poster on the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami. Prabhas is depicted in the new poster. Sunny Singh, Devdatta Nage, and Kriti Sanon.

'Adipurush,' a fresh adaptation of the epic Ramayana, is directed by Om Raut. In the poster, Devdatta Nage as Bajrang is seen bending down to Prabhas as Raghav, Kriti Sanon as Janaki, Sunny Singh as Shesh, and Sunny Singh as Janaki.

Taking to Instagram on Thursday, the lead actors shared the poster on their respective social media handles. Prabhas wrote in the caption, "Mantron se badhke tera naam Jai Shri Ram..."


Sunny Singh is playing the role of Lakshamn in the film. Sunny said, "When I was offered the role, I was elated to be able to bring 'Ramayan', a story that resides in the hearts of our nation. Understanding the huge responsibility, I have worked really hard to portray Lakshman. The process has been wonderful and I hope audiences especially the youth watches and pour in their love for our film."

The massive Indian film "Adipurush," which was made by T Series and Retrophiles, promises to be a visual spectacle. It will be available in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi.





As he prepares to make his debut on the Marathi screen, Rohit Shetty adds another feather to his cap. The director shared his new endeavour with his fans on Monday. Rohit published the teaser for his upcoming film, "School College Ani Life," on Instagram.

He stated, "Sharing the video, "When will you make a Marathi film, is a question I frequently get from my Marathi audience. ... This is it, then. For my marathi audience, my first marathi endeavour! Despite not being one, the movie is directed by Rohit Shetty. A heartwarming story that captures a glimpse of life! a Vihan Suryavanshi production. release date of April 14."


Tejaswi Prakash and Karan Parab play the two main characters in the movie. The trailer displayed amusing incidents from college and high school.

Also, there is the college-based love tale between Tejasswi and Karan Parab. Internet users and businesspeople expressed their excitement and left comments after the announcement. In response, Pooja Hegde, who collaborated with Rohit on "Cirkus," used clapping hand emojis. Can't wait, Tejasswi Prakash wrote.

Karan Kundrra, an actor and Tejasswi's boyfriend, wrote: "THIS, now, is what I consider a movie trailer. Congratulations to the crew; Laddoo, you can stop looking back now that you have a large-scale production with aesthetics and the proper partners supporting the movie."

"Thank you so much for bringing our old school days back," one of the followers remarked. "It would be good to watch my school in theatre on TV."

Another remark read, "Very excited....mind-blowing trailer..and my fav tejasswi in the film...we always adored your bond with tejasswi..since khatron days... what a wonderful actor she is.

Together with Pavitra Gandhi and Vivek Shah, Rohit Shetty will produce his first Marathi feature. Jitendra Joshi also appears in the movie. On April 14, 2023, "School College Ani Life," which is directed by Vihan Suryavanshi, will be released in theatres.
