Salman Khan, Chiranjeevi's action avatar in 'Godfather' takes internet by storm

Mumbai [India], August 21: And the wait is over. On Sunday, the makers of Salman Khan and Chiranjeevi starrer Godfather' unveiled the film's teaser and it has taken the internet by storm for sure.

The teaser shows Chiranjeevi and Salman Khan in action-packed avatars. Nayanthara, who has recently married director Vignesh Shivan, also appears briefly in the video.

The major highlight is definitely the last portion where Chiranjeevi and Salman Khan come together in a jeep, leaving the audience on the edge of their seat. "Woah...blockbuster coming soon," a social media user commented. "Can't wait," another one wrote.

"They look so good together," a social media user commented. The teaser has been released to mark Chiranjeevis' birthday, which falls on August 22.

'Godfather' is Mohan Raja's directorial. It is an official Telugu remake of the 2019 Malayalam film Lucifer, with superstar Mohanlal as the protagonist. 'Godfather' is gearing up for a grand release during Dussera 2022.

Vishakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh) [India], August 11: Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan soaked himself in the spirit of patriotism as he spent his day with the Indian Navy sailors in Vishakhapatnam.

The Indian Navy works to protect the shores of our nation, often sacrificing their lives, and time with their families, only to ensure that the Indian seas are safe and secure. To pay an ode to the Armed forces, Salman Khan took a day off from work to spend some time with the sailors in Visakhapatnam. The heartwarming images that went viral on social media depict the joy on their faces.

Waving the tri-colour joyously, Salman had a fun time with the sailors. Independence Day is just around the corner this was the 'Bhaijaan's way of starting the celebrations!

The Indian Navy officials looked quite ecstatic to have him on board. They hoisted the Indian flag together with the actor and did quite a few other fun activities too.

From hearing about their lives, training, time away from loved ones, seeing the state-of-the-art vessel, cooking on the ship to doing push-up challenges, signing autographs, and hoisting the Indian flag, it was a day full of patriotism, laughter, and fun! Salman was left awed by the patriotism and courage the armed forces of our nation has.

This is not the first time that Salman visited the Indian Navy. In 2014, Salman spent Independence Day with the Naval officers in Goa.

Talking about his love for the armed forces, he even played the role of a naval officer in his movie 'Bharat' in which he starred opposite Katrina Kaif.

After a long time, Nigam will be seen on a big screen and in a recent chat, he spoke about the break, shared why he rejected Judwaa 2 and reveals if the Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali title has really been changed. Nigam entered the industry with Dhoom 3 and did several daily soaps along with music videos. Before signing Salman’s film, the actor was seen playing the lead in Aladdin – Naam Toh Suna Hoga and Hero – Gayab Mode On.

Salman Khan’s upcoming project Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali has been making headlines for a long time now for several reasons. Now, it has been reported that the superstar is planning to change the title of the film and go back to its original title, ‘Bhaijaan’.

While there is no official announcement regarding the same so far, a report by E-Times claimed that Salman Khan is keen on changing the film’s title. If the title is changed, it will be interesting to see if fans draw a parallel between ‘Bhaijaan’ and Salman’s 2015 release Bajrangi Bhaijaan due to similar titles.

Apart from Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, Salman Khan has a number of other projects lined up as well. Fans are eagerly waiting for his Tiger 3 which also stars Katrina Kaif. The film will hit theatres in April 2023. Reportedly, Salman Khan will also be seen in Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan for a never-seen-before action sequence and the same scene will be used in his Tiger 3 as well. However, there is no official confirmation of this so far.
