Arnold Schwarzenegger, a former actor and bodybuilder, has always believed in finding solutions to issues rather than just complaining about them, as seen by the fact that the celebrity recently chose to repair a sizable pothole in Los Angeles. Over the years, Arnold has consistently inspired people, and this is due to both his ideals and his spectacular body-building and acting abilities.
On Wednesday, Schwarzenegger posted a video to Instagram that quickly went viral and received praise from people all around the world. In the video, Arnold is shown working with his crew to patch a large pothole while wearing work boots, a bomber jacket and sunglasses. They carry 50-pound bags of tarmac repair material and spread, smooth, tamp and sprinkle sand on top to cover the hole.
The 'Commando' actor captioned, "Today, after the whole neighborhood has been upset about this giant pothole that's been screwing up cars and bicycles for weeks, I went out with my team and fixed it. I always say, let's not complain, let's do something about it. Here you go." The video also features a fellow citizen passing by and thanking Arnold for his sweet gesture. Netizens can't keep calm as they loved this side of the actor. One user commented, "The world needs more leadership like you. Thank you, Arnold, for always showing what right looks like". The seven-time, Mr Olympia also served as a governor of the American state of California from 2003 to 2011.
As the actor was appreciated for his effort, some users pointed out that the repair won't last for long.
