Vijay Deverakonda goes nude in Liger's new poster

Mumbai [India], July 3: Actor Vijay Deverakonda surprised his fans by unveiling a new look from his film 'Liger' on Saturday.

In the poster, Vijay is seen standing naked with flowers in his hand. His chiselled abs are clearly visible in the picture.

Sharing his look, Vijay took to Instagram and wrote, "A Film that took my everything. As a performance, Mentally, physically my most challenging role. I give you everything! Coming Soon #LIGER (sic)"

Netizens have been going gaga ever since they saw Vijay's bold avatar. "Oh My God! You are looking so hot," a social media user commented. "Can't take my eyes off him," another one wrote. "Vijay is on fire," a netizen commented.

Vijay's co-star Ananya Panday, too, shared the look and wrote, "Every day should be rose day but OUR day is coming very soon."

Pan-India film 'Liger' will hit the screens on the 25th of August 2022. The Puri Jagannadh directorial also marks Bollywood debut of boxing legend Mike Tyson. It will release in five languages: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada

Dhanush announces title of his next, says thrilled about 'Captain Miller'

Mumbai [India], July 2: Tamil actor, Dhanush on Saturday announced that his next action thriller is titled 'Captain Miller'. It will showcase the actor in a dacoit avatar.

Taking to Instagram, the 'Raanjhana' actor shared a motion poster of his new film and captioned it, "This is going to be very very exciting. Super thrilled about captain Miller". https://www.instagram.com/p/CfgoBotjdPN/ In the motion poster, the 'Atrangi re' actor can be seen with his bikers gang dressed like dacoits with his face covered with a mask and a rifle on his shoulder.

Directed by Arun Matheswaran, 'Captain Miller' is a big-budget Tamil action entertainer and marks the first collaboration of the National award-winning actor and the 'Rocky' director.

Based on the backdrop of the 1930s and 1940s, the 'Kolaveri Di' singer will essay the role of Captain Miller in the film.

The remaining star cast of the film is still to be announced and is slated to release in the summer of 2023 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.

Madhan Karky who worked for films like the Baahubali franchise, RRR, and Pushpa is penning dialogues for the Tamil version of the movie.

Fans swamped the comment section with heart and fire emoticons as they can't wait to see their favorite hero in an action avatar. "EAGERLY WAITING FOR CAPTAIN MILLER" a user commented. Another user wrote, "Thalaivaaa This Gonna Big" followed by a fire and a heart emoticon.

Meanwhile, the 'Karnan' actor will be soon making his Hollywood debut with 'The Grey Man' with Chris Evans and Ryan Gosling. The film is slated to release on July 15, 2022, exclusively on Netflix. Arun Mathesawara, on the other hand, last directed 'Saani Kaayidham' which premiered on Amazon Prime Video.

Film on Atal Bihari Vajpayee's life in making, to release in 2023

New Delhi [India], June 28: A film on former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee will soon be on the silver screen.

Filmmaker Sandeep Singh and producer Vinod Bhanushali have joined hands to come up with this special project titled 'Main RahoonYa Na Rahoon, Yeh Desh Rehna Chahiye- Atal'.

The title of the film is based on Vajpayee's famous line 'Main RahoonYa Na Rahoon, Yeh Desh Rehna Chahiye.' The film will be an adaptation of Penguin Random House India's book "The Untold Vajpayee: politician and paradox" by author Ullekh NP.

Helmed by producer-filmmaker Sandeep Singh, the film will go on floors in 2023. Also, 'Main RahoonYa Na Rahoon, Yeh Desh Rehna Chahiye - Atal' movie will hit the theatres next year on the occasion of Christmas, which marks the 99th birth anniversary of Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Announcing the title of the movie, director Sandeep Singh took to his Instagram and penned down a long note and shared the motion poster of the movie.

He wrote, "Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ji was one of the greatest leaders of Indian history who won hearts of enemies with his words, who lead the nation affirmatively and created the blue print of progressive India. Being a filmmaker, I feel that cinema is the best medium to communicate such untold stories, that will unveil not only his political ideologies, but his humane and poetic aspects, that made him the most loved leader of opposition as well as India's most progressive Prime Minister." 'Main Rahoon Ya Na Rahoon', Yeh Desh Rehna Chahiye - Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee.' Presenting #ATAL, a film on the life story of India's most exemplary leader, renowned poet, and a visionary. 'Atal' is presented by Bhanushali Studios Limited and Legend Studios, and is produced by Vinod Bhanushali, Sandeep Singh, Sam Khan, Kamlesh Bhanushali and Vishal Gurnani, and co-produced by Juhi Parekh Mehta, Zeeshan Ahmad and Shivv Sharma. Atal Bihari Vajpayee, who led the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government from 1998-2004, was the first-ever leader from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to have become the nation's Prime Minister. He served as Prime Minister thrice -- briefly in 1996, and then for two terms between 1998 and 2004.

One of the prominent leaders of the country and founder members of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Vajpayee died on August 16, 2018, at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) after a prolonged illness. He was 93. The late leader was conferred Bharat Ratna in 2015. He had also been awarded Pt Govind Ballabh Pant Award for Best Parliamentarian in 1994.
