'Neeyat", Vidya Balan's latest murder mystery, will be released on this date

Mumbai (Maharashtra), May 8: Makers of the upcoming murder mystery thriller film 'Neeyat' announced the release date of the film.

Taking to Instagram, actor Vidya Balan shared the first poster of the film, "Motives will be revealed! Secrets will shock! #Neeyat releases on 7th July 2023 only in theatres."


The film stars Ram Kapoor, Rahul Bose, Neeraj Kabi, Shahana Goswami, Amrita Puri, Dipannita Sharma, Niki Walia, Shashank Arora, Prajakta Koli, and Danesh Razvi, and is directed by Anu Menon. The film will be released in theatres on July 7, 2023.

Vidya was most recently directed by Anu Menon in the 2020 superhit 'Shakuntala Devi,' which is based on the life and times of the lady known as the human-computer. The film debuted on Amazon Prime Video, an OTT platform.

Prime Video and Vikram Malhotra's Abundantia Entertainment produced the film.

Meanwhile, Vidya will appear in an untitled film directed by Shirsha Guha Thakurta.
