Merry Christmas Trailer: A Sneak Peek into the Exciting Thriller from Tips Films with Katrina Kaif & Vijay Sethupathi

20 December, 2023: Merry Christmas, directed by Sriram Raghvan and starring Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi, is shot in both Hindi and Tamil. The trailer for the film was eventually published today, December 20, after much delay.

The film will be released on January 12, 2024. The Hindi version, which was shot in two languages simultaneously with different supporting actors, stars Sanjay Kapoor, Vinay Pathak, Pratima Kannan, and Tinnu Anand.

The Tamil version of the film stars Radhika Sarathkumar, Shanmugaraja, Kavin Jay Babu, and Rajesh Williams. Both versions feature cameos by Radhika Apte and Ashwini Kalsekar.

Merry Christmas is set against a Christmas scene, when two strangers meet and connect at the same time. The clip begins with two mixer grinders, one containing peanuts and red chilies and the other containing a large number of pills.

The action then turns to Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi's characters, who meet on Christmas Eve and soon become embroiled in a series of dramatic events that land them in serious peril. Sanjay Kapoor also makes an appearance.

Sriram Raghavan, famed for his riveting thrillers such as Andhadhun, appears to be offering yet another edgy plot that is cryptic and pulpy. The chemistry between Vijay Sethupathi and Katrina Kaif is also refreshing.

Ramesh Taurani, Sanjay Routray, Jaya Taurani, and Kewal Garg created Merry Christmas.

The movie will be released on January 12, 2024.

To add to the excitement, the makers released the 'Dunki' Diaries, in which SRK Rajkumar Hirani and Taapsee Pannu are seen in a candid conversation, raising the stakes even higher. The audience was treated to some intriguing 'Dunki' anecdotes, while Rajkumar Hirani released the 'Banda' song as a surprise for Hardy's character for SRK.
