Interestingly, the film's trailer will be connected to the theatrical prints of the Siddharth Anand-directed aerial action drama 'Fighter', which also stars Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, and Anil Kapoor.
'Laapataa Ladies' is presented by Jio Studios and produced by Aamir Khan and Jyoti Deshpande. The film will be released on March 1, 2024. The lead cast of 'Laapataa Ladies' includes Nitanshi Goel, Pratibha Ranta, Sparsh Shrivastava, Chhaya Kadam, and Ravi Kishan. The film, set in 2001 in rural India, follows the hilarity that unfolds when two young brides become separated on a train.
The film was shown at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) last year. Aamir and Kiran expressed their gratitude for the overwhelming reception to their effort. Aamir stated, "I am overjoyed with the public, press, and industry reaction to 'Laapataa Ladies'. I am very proud of Kiran and her development as a powerful voice in the popular realm! I can't wait for the film's release."
