The Indian delegation headed by the Minister of State for Culture Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal will be represented at UNESCO-MONDIACULT 2022 World Conference to be held at Mexico City during 28th-30th September, 2022. The opening ceremony is taking place at 10:00 AM CDT (Mexico Time) on Wednesday, 28th September .

The Minister is expected to address the conference on burning issues and concerns of the Cultural sector policies. In the conference, Culture Ministers of more than 100 countries will participate on this multilateral forum to decide on the global cultural discourse.

The UNESCO World Conference on Cultural Policies and Sustainable Development- MONDIACULT 2022 is convened by UNESCO forty years after the first Mondiacult World Conference on Cultural Policies, held in Mexico City (Mexico) in 1982, and 24 years after the UNESCO World Conference on Cultural Policies for Development held in Stockholm (Sweden) in 1998. This is the third such conference.

The main goal of the conference is to shape a more robust and resilient cultural sector, fully anchored in the perspectives of sustainable development as well as promotion of solidarity, peace, and security, in line with the vision enshrined in the UN Secretary-General's report ‘Our Common Agenda’ (September 2021), which refers to culture as a ‘global public good, the good of us all.’

The last Decade of Action for the implementation of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, agreed upon by the international community as a common aspirational roadmap, UNESCO has convened its Member States and the global community to embark jointly on a continuous reflection on cultural policies to tackle global challenges and outline immediate and future priorities.

New Delhi [India], September 27: Amid the ongoing North vs South cinema debate, as the latter industry has been pumping out massive pan-India hits, Bollywood star Aishwarya Rai Bachchan recently expressed her views saying "we need to break away from the typical way of looking at film industry."

"I think we need to break away from perceiving typical way of looking at artists and cinema. It's such a great time right now, where all these barriers have gone down. People know our cinema nationally and in fact, they are hankering and wanting to see the cinema from every part," Aishwarya said at an event in Delhi.

Aishwarya also shared how the films from the south are doing good across the country. "Everybody can view cinema for what it is, across India. So I think we need to break away from this conventional way of thinking and help our viewers, our audiences, and our readers also not slide into that typical way of viewing art. Art has always been there, found the audience, and has been appreciated; so, have the artists. But avenues were limited." She urged the audience to work together on the liberation. "It is so evident that people are embracing and lapping up cinema from across the country, which is a great time, very liberating for all of us. We collectively need to kind of give more power to this liberation together," the actor continued. 'Ponniyin Selvan-Part 1' is a cinematic adaptation of author Kalki Krishnamurthy's Tamil novel of the same name which was released in the form of a series during the 1950s. It marks the third collaboration of Aishwarya with south actor Vikram after their critically acclaimed film 'Raavan' in 2010.

In the film, Aishwarya will be seen in dual roles. She will play queen Nandini, the princess of Pazhuvoor, who is on a mission to seek vengeance, as well as Mandakini Devi in the historical drama. Apart from Aishwarya, the film also stars an ensemble cast of south actors Vikram, Trisha Krishnan Karthik Sivakumar and Jayam Ravi. The A.R Rahman musical is all set to hit the theatres on September 30, in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.

The big-budget period film will be released in multiple parts.

This creative enterprise helps a business with everything they need to launch their brand and get it off the ground.

Studio Winterz was launched with the aim to bring an international standard of marketing services to India; it brings forth a fresh perspective and approach to marketing. Led by Khushboo Wadhwani, also known as Kay W. in LA, the Winterz ideology emerges from realizing the fact that "the first look is the last look". More true in the world of 7-second reels that we suddenly find ourselves in, all creative collaterals that leave the Winterz office are nothing short of chique and elite.

Studio Winterz guides its clients through the process of Brand Building and Marketing. They have a team of experts who help their clients with all aspects of branding, from initial market research and branding strategy to logo and packaging design, photography and videography, website development, and digital marketing. What makes this agency unique is the fact that despite being a startup and past the covid hiccup, they have been able to complete more than 100 projects to date. Studio Winterz is becoming many entrepreneurs' destination of choice because they offer a certain panache when it comes to marketing. As Team Winterz was able to point out to us, they have a cohesive approach when it comes to brands, in the sense that all marketing collaterals stem from a space of understanding the vibe of the brand. The ads, and the content that surrounds the brand, be it captions or product descriptions, all follow a specific flow, making a complete picture in the larger scheme of things.

Working with some of the leading brands in Delhi, renowned stores like Bath Affair, Antica Ceramica, Orient Lites, LaCoppera and the like, Studio Winterz has managed to make a niche for themselves with tasteful content that resonates with the audience. In the words of the Creative Director herself, "We are Fueled by Creativity. Strategic Thinking. And Out-of-the-box ideas. And our aim is to help as many businesses as we can to put their best Digital Foot forward!"
