To helm "Tiger vs. Pathaan," director Siddharth Anand might be hired.
According to a source, Aditya Chopra, the chairman of Yash Raj Productions, has given Siddharth the job of directing the eagerly anticipated action film "Tiger vs. Pathaan," which would feature a brutal showdown between Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan.
"In Tiger vs. Pathaan, Aditya Chopra has complete faith in Siddharth Anand to create a magnificent visual spectacle that has never been seen before. Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan are joining forces for the first time in a feature-length picture since Karan Arjun, and Siddharth will receive all the support he needs to make Tiger vs. Pathaan the largest movie India has ever made "added the source.
"YRF's war chest and its full creative prowess is set to bring out a film that should go down in the annals of Indian cinema as a record-smashing blockbuster," the insider continued.
The film will reportedly go on floors in 2024.
Salman Khan's portrayal of Tiger in "Ek Tha Tiger" marked the beginning of the spy universe created by YRF. Salman later played Tiger again in the film "Tiger Zinda Hai." He is now prepared to release "Tiger 3" for Diwali. Salman Khan made a special cameo in the Yash Raj Productions blockbuster "Pathaan," which stars SRK in the lead role.
Salman and SRK will appear together on film in "Tiger 3." Shah Rukh said last year that he would be appearing in "Tiger 3" during an Instagram Live. The actor remarked, "Having fun while working with him. It's wonderful every time."
